This last week was their first week “on their own”. Catching up with them yesterday, I was excited to find out they earned more in their first week in their new business than most Managers earn in a week in their “successful” job in the company I used to work with! 25 quotes done. 23 won. Regular customers coming out their ears. Jobs booked in as far away as March! Oh, and they only worked 4 days as they had completion training to do!
